Terms
The Rental Period
The rental period is listed on the contract. Additional time is subject to an additional fee
Customer Liability
The customer is responsible for the rental fee and all damage to the trailer and equipment. The contract signed at the time of rental details liability.
Tow Vehicle
The Tow Vehicle must be in good working condition with a trailer brake controller. The customer must not exceed the towing limits listed in the towing vehicle's owner manual.
Distance Limit
There are no distance limits. The trailers must stay within the lower 48 states. In the event that the trailer has to be recovered, additional fees will be charged.
License and Insurance
The customer must be at least 25 and present a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance coverage; that includes proof that the insurance covers whatever the vehicle is towing. Towing vehicle must have valid and up to date tags before renting.
